Ok, we go with a death certificate to the health center and we bother the doctor who signs it without problems, between some things and at 4:30 in the morning, we call the funeral home again to tell him that We had signed the death certificate and it tells us where we got the paper from (and I am very badly thought of, I think, of course we expected that we did not have it until they came with the paper) and the employee tells us ( is the same as the owner) of the funeral home that agreed that it will come. He appears at 9:50 in the morning, I complain and he lets me know that he has no obligation to come at any time. It may take up to 24 hours. Very offended .. and I had a lot of work. Two more services, if I'm not mistaken, I tell him to explain it to the family and I want to put a claim on behalf of my residence and he tells me to go to Museros to put it.
