I witnessed excessive agent acting with little respect and aggressiveness. I hope that some superior is able to see that the comments are negative and that the cool attitude of the agents does not contribute anything to this society, and that they are instructed and prepared to have more education with citizens.
Very good attention I asked them for help the other day at 6:00 because a drunk person was trying to steal two cars and they acted in the best way and when I was present they asked me for better information about what happened and they quickly arrived at the place
When I have needed them they have treated me promptly and well, for my part I have no complaints from the Alboraya police force.
Attention and education have been lost along the way.
A little discipline is what they need and respect more the citizen that you treat us as if we were criminals, or the good morning you give to address us. Have you forgotten the education and respect you have been given in the academy?
