Roman Romeu (08/07/2019)
The fortress of Borró rises flanked by the Barranc de Atanasi or the Galeries to the west and the Barranc Blanc to the east. Access to the castle is done along the southeastern slope, which gives the white ravine, relatively more accessible. What remains at the beginning of the 21st century are the remains of the fortification. There is a round rubble tower equipped with a large loophole that watches over the access road. On the north side of this tower, a walled canvas, half overthrown, is born towards the east. On the east side it was accessed by means of a square tower, with a wall and with a height of less than three meters. The wall continues eastwards following the relief and taking advantage of the natural defense provided by the cliff. To the east of the rock are the foundations of a square tower of which nothing remains.

Good hiking route. Mostly trekking and its last stage a little more mountainous. I did it with my wife and my two girls under ten. Is it worth it!

It is a ruined castle, from the Middle Ages, the walls have been lost and only the base of a keep remains and what was the wall. Still, the views are spectacular.
