Its a nice experience to have done if u visit valencia! Great help from the owners and really central!
They charged me € 10 to put a chain that they did not even notice if it was correctly placed. Not a kilometer lasted. It had several links to spare (exactly the reason why I took it since I bought it there) and it started on the first climb.
I took a folding BH without gears to adjust and after being charged 40 Euros for greasing, adjusting brakes and puncture the tire came off the wheel and the tube exploded after rolling 6 km. I took it again and they made all kinds of excuses about the age of the bike and the difficulty in finding tires for that bike. In the two visits I made to the store, I found two customers protesting about the arrangements that had been made to them. They seem to have an established track record.
I have called a bicycle shop in Valencia and they have told me that they do have the necessary spare parts for that bike. Of course I have not given them the bike again. It is clear that they are dedicated to sale and rental and not to
repairs.
Excellent first experience, friendly and professional treatment with accurate and transparent information about the product, adjusting to my needs (electric bike kit). Totally recommendable
