The most beautiful woman. Not so much the man and son.
I ordered a book a month ago. Last week the girl told me that she would have it without fail and that she would call me to let me know.
Since they didn't call me, I call and the man tells me he's not here, that he can't get it and that's why he hadn't called me.
As attention to the public and the client, it leaves much to be desired.
Also last year I asked for a Usborne book and he brought me one from the collection with a different title and I kept it silly.
