In November 2018 I went to this dry cleaners for two party garments (a skirt and a top with sequins and rhinestones); in both garments, "hand washing" was specified on their respective labels. At the time of picking up the person who attended me told me that I would have to sew some stones because the "machine" always caused that this type of accessories should come off. At that time the garment was inside a transparent plastic cover and when I got home, I noticed that there were several areas without rhinestones, including a large area in the back, many loose threads and, in general, it seemed that the rhinestones came off more easily.
After having requested, repeatedly, to the dry cleaners to pay me the amount of the pledge the answer has been negative. When requesting the claim form and filling it out, the person in charge of the establishment gave me a single green copy despite insisting (they should have given me the leaf I filled out and the green copy and they should keep only the pink copy).
For all these reasons I do not recommend this establishment at all since I consider that they are very unprofessional, they do not assume their mistakes and they put obstacles when you try to exercise your rights as a consumer.
It is very good dry cleaning, quality arrangements. If they can make arrangements not to change a whole piece, they do so to charge less. Very attentive to the reviews to improve
