I have gone for a new remote control since the community of my garage has changed the access installation to the parking lot. First I spoke by phone with the company's call center and they prepared the same for me. When I arrived it was ready and I just had to pick it up. I didn't have to waste a second and the price was cheaper than in any control shop. A 10 for friendliness and service and another 10 for the price

In my case, the work consisted of changing an interior garage door and repair of the motor and exterior entrance door for cars. Very professional, dedicated and involved team of people. They meet deadlines and very good value for money. I would rate the workers as polite, professional, and very helpful. Excellent customer service. Highly recommended.

I bought a conventional sectional garage door for a townhouse from the company. It has given me several problems in a few years and I have had to go through the checkout in all cases. In the last incident, September 2020, (door did not work) we have had FOUR weeks without service. At each call (almost daily) they swore and perjured that the technician would come the next day, a matter that they have been failing to comply with. During all that time all the vehicles from home on the street. Finally, a family member resolved this last incident for us. In conclusion, they had their fame a decade ago, but the service of assistance, quality and attention to the current public leave much to be desired. I would not recommend it.

Wrong. I had to travel twice to the El Oliveral Industrial Estate because the controls for the garage door do not work for me. The last one bought on the 10th does not work and on the 11th they re-encoded it and it does not work either. Although we have had a maintenance contract with them for years. They tell me that a technician will come and I am still waiting. Nefarious service.

If they carry your community garage door they have controls for sale. Be careful that they respect the opening and closing hours of the company ... for a few minutes you spend you find yourself with a closed office
