It is the worst, the staff is very unpleasant, the other day they stopped me for going to throw the trash and they said it was insufficient. It is really horrible, the Civil Guard is always very kind to me and the rest, the local is a group of officials who do nothing. Must see, how good Mayor Robert is, and how bad local police personnel are.
