Recommended, I had a problem and it was solved right away. Very kind!
Since I live in the area, I use this laundry for large items that cannot normally be washed at home.
However, my experience last weekend was not pleasant and I will not use this place again.
When starting the 12 kg machine (the smallest) an error appeared on the screen (Er 2) and the machine did not start. I called the number that is printed on the wall and the person told me they would be there soon.
Between calling the number and the person who came, I lost between 15 and 20 minutes. But that's not what bothered me. What bothered me was that the person ("owner") who came, kept asking me suspiciously how the machine stopped. From his tone it seemed that he thought I had done something.
And the worst thing was that when he went after starting the machine there was not a word of "sorry" for having wasted time.
My advice to the owner: You run a service business, be nice to your customers, and be mindful of your time. An "I'm sorry" wouldn't make you small.
Good place to wash clothes, but I have been using less disinfectant gel and being able to pay by card, I think that in the current situation it is not highly recommended to have a change machine that everyone touches, thank goodness that he wore gloves.
Very good solution, for big things, that at home you can't wash them ..... now, the washing time is not real ...... a wash that I did, term 15 min before .....
Laundry very practical, although the dryer always have to put 2 times to get me all dry, (and not the full lot) otherwise it's nice to have some music and is well priced.
