Large place .. spacious .. new .. well decorated elegant ... bread pastries .. cakes ... mm delicious and very nice shopgirls ... I wish they put one like that in Barakaldo ...

Magnificent in all aspects the Arsua Berri de Urduliz workshop, I have gone to Bilbo for work reasons and I have received a great impression, good attention, kindness, a huge variety and delicious products, all fresh and abundant. I will recommend it, because in few places, and that I travel a lot, I have felt so comfortable with the staff and the delicious muffins, palm trees and all their assortment of chocolate, in fact I took home and some gift boxes with products! varied! They make everything great for you. Of course I will return !!! If I had to put a grade it would be a 10.

Disgusted by the treatment received. At the end I lift my plate and glass to the counter (not a thank you) and the employee tells me that the owner has told her that next time I cannot stay that long because of the Covid. I ask him to see what is the maximum time he can be and he tells me he does not know! Chapeau !! This had never happened to me before during the Covid, nor in Bilbo! After having consumed two Americans, ice (they charge an ice supplement haha) and 9palmeritas in 3 hours, € 10.2. Not that I had had a coffee to stay all afternoon! And not that he was the only one who has been so long!

The best ROSCON, that we have had for a long time !! The people who work here are delighted, and the spectacular product, the homemade cakes, the mini roscones, the individual panchinetas ... A joy, to be able to see new businesses that work !! Quality of 10, highly recommended

I did not like the tomato toast at all, a simple bread almost without toasting and they poured 4 drops of canned tomato on top I would have preferred natural crushed tomato or they gave me the typical little cans, and there was no oil. Very high, there is a lack of organization among the girls and in the premises. If they change, I will improve my review, because the bakery product etc. is very rich.
