STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
We took the car (A6) to request a quote for 3 mechanical problems and without receiving the same they solved part of one, 600 euros and the assessment to finish (verbal or in writing) was excessive.
By rejecting the assessment, they forced to pay 5 hours of work, which did not finish, and in another workshop it was solved in 30 minutes.
Conclusion very bad treatment with the client and very bad management on their part.
Obviously we will not take the car to this dealership again

Very good treatment and professionalism.
We asked my partner and I for information about an Arteón that we saw on their website. Mikel was very happy to attend us and offered us a discount of 2300 euros after consulting the management, as a detail when moving from another community. Our surprise came two days later when the date of the visit was specified, when it turned out that the price was not the one offered by email. There was no such reduction, and it was due to an error on the part of management. I understand such an attitude as a lack of respect towards the client, and justify it with a "the manager has been in for a short time and still does not know much, it would be his fault". Regrettable
