It's the second review I write:
Very embarrassing after-sales service. They serve wassap to try to answer questions and problems that may arise, not picking up the phone at all. There is a spare part missing from my car and I have been waiting for two weeks for them to call me. Finally I had to take the car to another workshop to fix the part and be able to change the wheels. All in all a shame of service.
Good professionals, good service and a transport to take you to the metro, its driver of ten.
Daswellauto warranty, they sold it to us as a volkswagen warranty, but it does not appear in the system in another volkswagen workshop, they have made the pinpan sale and they forget,
Every after-sales management a nightmare, I have lost count of the calls I have made for negotiations, without response, I do not know how they can be working like this. Pitiful, speechless

In spare parts they serve very well
I was interested in a car and the salesperson was not able to answer my questions about price and financing over the phone, so he gave me an e-mail address to send them to him. Despite not being able to tell me how much the car would cost by financing it, what mattered to him was that I give a signal. That same day I sent him my questions by e-mail but a week later he had not answered me. After that week without news, I called him again and he told me that he should have marked it because he had already sold it (even though it was still available on his website). All this in addition to being reluctant to pay part of the price by delivering a car despite being one of the policies of Das WeltAuto.
