DON'T EVEN BUY ANYTHING HERE !!! My partner and I bought the wedding bands, they made both of us much smaller, they told us to take them with us to have something to exchange in the "I do" and to change them again for our size. The same following Monday we come, and they don't get us because we don't have the ticket, but she does, right under my nose. In fact, I even remembered my name when I entered the store. We do not take the alliances (500y pico euros) for not having our copy of the ticket. Conclusion, I feel like I have been robbed. Why do I want alliances that are not worth me and that I have not bought?

My partner gave me an engagement ring in February and it lasted for 3 months, the pebble has fallen without doing anything strange or everyday and in the store they do not give any solution except to call a 902 .. the guarantee is absolutely not worth anything , they ask us for another € 130 for the repair that added to the € 300 of the ring ... in short, nothing recommendable, product of poor quality, and unfortunate customer service .. you explain the problem to each other but we have run out of ring and without money, thank goodness that the alliances are from another jewelry store. In the wedding forums there are similar cases of falling stone badly set and they have solved it without cost in other jewelries, I wonder what the guarantee is for if in the end, does not cover the fact that the pebble falls (without having happened anything out of the ordinary) It is not serious. It is not acceptable, we will go to the store that sold it to us and we will let other customers know that you are not serious or professional, you do not care about your customers. You have embittered us but we are going to make sure that this is known, via the Basque government, the consumer's office or whatever is necessary.
