I think it has happened to more than one. You leave the carpet to wash and they return it to you the same but wrapped in a plastic. This is a mess. Apart from that the clothes are ironed in a very bad way. I do not leave anything to them again or go crazy.

I have left a carpet to clean and they return it to me for a week and a half without even shaking. They do not give me back the money and they treat me very badly and aggressively as if I were to blame for something. What embarrassment. I had to make a claim sheet.
