I went to an interview and they treated me quite badly. The person who interviewed me had not even read my resume before interviewing me and made me go there for nothing since if I had bothered to read my resume I would have concluded that I am not the profile I was looking for. This gave me a huge lack of communication between the people who interview you in the previous phases and the person of Randstad Derio. In addition, the interview was conducted in a rather disrespectful way and some questions or comments were totally out of place and offensive. The person who interviewed me made it clear that the client is the companies and did not take into account that I am also his client because thanks to people like me who sign up for their offers they have work.

They work quite well, also tend to have jobs due to the large number of companies in the area.
