He's not trustworthy. Total lack of education and professionalism. As an intermediary in a sale of several properties, he tried to deceive one of the parties (ours) by pressing to advance the operation and inventing that he closed the notary's office for vacations (this knowing that on that date the person would have to go and sign alone). Finally, she was able to go accompanied, and fortunately, because she found an additional property in the contract that did not include the agreement. By expressing our surprise at this error and requesting rectification, he created a scandal accusing us of wasting his time and blaming us for having informed us in the cadastre on our own.
