Absolute worst office on the whole of the Camino Norte! The desk employee was rude and unhelpful. Suggested that we 'should take a taxi and go back to where you came from." Hope you have a better experience than we did last July. I'd plan to hike past this town if you're on the Camino.

We asked for a not-too-long hike to go down to the flysh, they gave us the wrong directions and end up in a different route. In year 2019 is sad they do not point you to somewhere on Google maps...

Very helpful to tired Camino walkers. No beds available in hostel in Deba so very kindly booked accommodation for us in another town and directed how to there. Thanks!!

Very attentive people and very good treatment received from him, he was doing the Northern Way, and thanks to his instructions I got accommodation, something that seemed impossible a priori.
