Very good attention
My experience with Auvol Volkswagen is very short, we were looking for a dealership of the brand for the purchase of a vehicle, because of its proximity we went to this dealership, we entered and the place was typical of a company dedicated to the marketing of cars, nothing that object, clean and nice.
There was a person attending what looked like a client sitting chatting, we were waiting, seeing the cars that are in the exhibition, we saw them all, we sat down, we kept waiting we got up we went back to review the vehicles, the truth is that nobody He told us nothing, no one deigned to attend us and after 35 minutes we went through the same door through which we had entered (there was no other in sight).
Attention deficit and kindness
I went to make a review of this establishment and in principle good treatment and everything is correct.
I do not give the 5 stars because they had a computer problem and they could not do the work in the end it was solved but they did not have time to do the review although we did a part for which the vehicle had to be stopped for several hours and I made an appointment to Do the rest another day. So in the end they were all facilities. Both sides.
Attentive, pleasant, pleasant staff, and above all professional in their work, for my part very satisfied.
