Very dissatisfied with the Mazda Norkar workshop in Erandio, my browser that installed them in 2012 failed me from the beginning, I have claimed repair for 8 years and the result has been that now there is no fix. I think that this device has never left the workshop or arrived where they could fix it, because I have never received any budget and always giving out. My car despite the years has never gone to another workshop because I was confident that an Official Service was better but now and since the treatment received Bye Bye Norkar Bilbao little seriousness of the deal with the client
from 15 minutes to 1 hour? We have been this afternoon and after 1:30 am one of the 2 vendors has spoken to us and after more than 2 hours waiting to be attended we have not gone. Of course, customer service is not their priority and neither is selling cars. Regrettable.
