My experience with this workshop has never been appropriate since they do not usually pick up the phone and do not usually return calls and you have to appear in person to be listened to and sometimes not even that ... I took my vehicle on a tow truck waiting for a required budget on more than one occasion and to begin with they ask for the part without notifying me and without any consent. The next day I come to see myself there again, they tell me that my vehicle is already repaired and that I have to pay the bill to be able to take it (a bill that is still above exorbitant). Speaking of guarantees ... I have an extended warranty of several years, which is not given away and they wash their hands at the minimum of change. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT FOR ANYTHING…. Regrettable. Given my high interest in a car and at the recommendation of the commercial Jesús Plaza, I gave an advance to "block" the car in the absence of my confirmation to continue with the operation. When I finally decided not to purchase the vehicle, this commercial began to pressure me by doing a kind of emotional blackmail saying that he was going to be sanctioned since the car was already ordered and that I could not back down. I did not fall into the trap and requested the return of the advance. Until I finally got the refund, I had to show up at the dealership several times as I was being ignored. In these pre-return conversations, I suffered subtle insults and threats. Because of this, I requested a claim sheet regardless of the money back for the treatment I had received. They lied to me and made me dizzy to obtain the complaint form, telling me that there (in Barakaldo) they did not have and that they were in Galdakao. However, when I go to Galdakao to request the claim form, from Galdakao they tell me that they cannot give me the sheet, that the salesperson who attended me in Barakaldo has to give it to me and, after contacting, from the Galdakao dealer with the Barakaldo salesperson, this one tells me that now if they have complaint forms, that I go for them through Barakaldo. In short, insults, threats and teasing with the claim sheets. The worst shopping experience of my life.

I have had a bodywork problem and they have done an impeccable job. Close and pleasant treatment. By the way Beñat, you are a crack, nice guy and decisive. Thank you. I'll be back for sure.
