I was attended in an impolite way. Not only have they been rude that also they pretend I have taken actions that I didn't. Also they may not look for sensible solutions and explanations. Definitively, they must reconsider their clients policies.

We bought a second hand car, but with little use. It was one year warranty and just start using the car and came with a mechanical defect. We went to "fix" the defect itself several times (about 3-4 times), they never fix the defect and above do not receive a very friendly treatment from the workshop. We had to go to another mechanic and basically have commented that what they did in the workshop was a botched instead of changing what they owed. I do not think to go back, neither I nor any of my acquaintances.

BEWARE of the workshop. Officials, unfriendly and very unprofessional. It is not the first time that I have the feeling of "mistreatment" as a client, this last experience being the last straw. 1.- I call on 3.09 to report a problem in the vehicle and make an appointment. There is no appointment until 15.09. I request please check if it is possible to advance the date and negative receipt (with an unpleasant tone). 2.- 09/15 - I take the car at 8:00 am. Until 17:06 I do not receive news, which is when they contact me to report the diagnosis of the car. They tell me that to pick it up, I must do it before 17:30, and if not, the next day. I convey to the interlocutor, that I will not have time to pick it up at 5:30 p.m., and it automatically confirms that I must pick it up the next day. 3.- My surprise is maximum when I see on your website that vehicles can be picked up until 20.00 with prior notice. At no time am I informed of this option, despite having communicated that I will not have time. In addition, on the same website, they indicate that the workshop hours are Until 18:30! 4.- I call again. I am attended by another person, who I ask for this information on the website and he limits himself to continually telling me "that he cannot do anything", that "there is no one in the workshop" (it is 17.47) and that he cannot deliver me Car. All this, with a constant tone of dominance, zero empathy, and unpleasant to the limit. Of course, I will file a claim tomorrow, and I will not set foot in the workshop again, preferring to change the municipality if I find another Opel house with better treatment / service.

Opel cars, expensive like almost all other automotive companies. Very attentive staff.
