I have bought an i30 from this dealer for four years now. I have not had any problem
with him in all this time.

In two days we have gone twice from Donosti to see a Hyundai i40 that appeared on their website. The first was only the commercial for new cars and he told us he did not have it (nor did he give us an option). We called the ad phone number and they freaked out, so we went back inside and the commercial told us to go up by ourselves to see if we could find it, but it was on the roof and we couldn't go up, so we stopped by without seeing it. Two days later we called before returning just in case and when the salesperson who attended us arrived he did not know the car either, although he finally showed it to us (if they are short on staff, if he takes the left bank ...). The condition of the car left a lot to be desired: neglected, dirty, broken parking sensors ... even the salesman didn't know what to look like. A very unsatisfactory experience.
We have received very good attention, thanks to the seller for looking at all the possibilities for our purchase.
