I am from Getxo and I called TITO locksmith for a fault in a lock and they sent me to another company without notifying me with the corresponding surcharge. In total € 278 for a job that, having done it directly with TITO, as I wanted, or directly with any company, would have been about € 100. I called him later to find out his rates and what had happened and he couldn't give me an answer. INFORM customers of how they organize themselves to decide who the money is left to. I hope this comment helps to improve communication between professionals and consumers and there are no surprises. Thanks a lot.
