We approached the window of Moyua Metro station today and asked for help purchasing tickets to Neguri. The friendly blonde lady behind the window, immediately came out and assisted us with the ticket machine. Her English was excellent, and at no point did she make us feel like she was in a hurry. She was friendly and extremely helpful in that situation. We felt like she went above and beyond and were extremely grateful. We need more people like her in the customer service world. Hello! It is a very convenient and central station of bilbao is at hand especially if you want to go to the wonderful English court.

Very well located and lately with the advertising campaigns that usually place you, give it another touch and makes it more attractive, since there is usually props and others depends on the theme of the advertising campaign! As it hits and it is in general in all the subway even that it is being the most central stop ... the lack of services is a big fault! Everyone comments ... on the platforms or there are meters or trains from other cities that have them in the cars!
