Very bad experience. They attend as if they were sparing your life. Bad faces and inappropriate comments. You ask that the documents they print you go through the guillotine and they tell you that you are going to have to do it at home or that they are printers and do not cut things out (having the guillotines clearly visible). It seems to me that the fact that the institutes are nearby makes them something similar to the bars in the Plaza Mayor in Madrid with tourists. They care very little that you are not satisfied because they will continue to have customers.
It's pretty sad that they don't even bother leaving things properly trimmed. Better to go to any other printing company in the area. At least you make sure that they will not "reprimand" you for requesting something absolutely logical and normal such as having your documents guillotined.
If you are looking for something specific and they do not have it, they quickly get to work and in less than two three days it is waiting for you in the store with a friendly and efficient treatment.
The best stationery in Zamora. I always go there. It offers all kinds of services and they advise you for the best impression and obtain an optimal result.
