Do we have To put our names??? (07/06/2019)
Fun quick tourist stop but don't plan more than 10 minutes because it's not too involved and is still being used as a road out of the old city.nLast part of the old city walls still standing located next to the Philosophy, History and Geography faculty, and the university church. There are some nice cafes nearby to relax for a bit after a long day of walking.

lone remaining gate of Santiago de Compostela city walls. located in a nice area besides some university buildings it is really a pity it is not pedestrian only as it spans an alley where motor traffic is.fairly heavy.n3 stars because of traffic should be 5 thanks to prettines of surroundings

Through this entrance came the wines of the regions of Ulla and Ribeiro, as well as cereals from Castilla, which were marketed in the adjacent square (Plaza de Mazarelos).
