Because of the tradition it has ?, emblematic within the architectural complex of the city and bearing the name of Archbishop Fonseca to whom the creation of the University is owed (if I am not mistaken?)

Historic place with a brief visit to its arcaded patio, in need of a deep restoration. It is also possible to see painting exhibitions by current painters.
