Para una marca de tan buen nombre, el servicio a cliente es bastante limitado. Me vendieron un bolso defectuoso y como me voy de España en una semana, no me da tiempo a mandarlo a calidad para recibir un cambio, y ellos envíos al extranjero no hacen. Por lo que como clienta me han dejado sin opciones. Si eres un visitante no recomiendo esta tienda, porque servicio internacional no tienen y te arriesgas a comprar algo defectuoso y tener que quedártelo.nnFor the prices they have, I expected a better customer service. I bought a defective bag and now I need to keep it. Basically I need one week until I get a confirmation by the quality department that my bag is defective, and after that, I can get a new one. As I am leaving Spain in 4 days, it is not time enough for them to send it to the Quality Department and get feedback. I asked them also if they could send the bag to Italy, where I live, and the answer was “no” So if you are a visitor, I wouldn’t buy here, you take the risk of buying something defective with no possibility to get a refund or a new product. Very bad experience.
