In times of covid-19, it is to be appreciated the treatment by the civil servants of this public body, efficiency, speed and kindness, rewarding discretion and highlighting professionalism.nI AM UNORABLE I HAVE TO MENTION THE SECURITY COMPANY THAT PROVIDES SERVICE IN THIS BUILDING, LACK OF EDUCATION, LACK OF KNOWLEDGE IN PROCESSES TO INFORM TAXPAYERS, LACK OF TACT AND TOTAL LACK OF DISCRETION AND EMPATHY, IT WAS FOUND IN A TOSCA WAY AND WITH VERY LITTLE ELEGANCE, I WILL NOT NAME THE SECURITY COMPANY, IF IT HAPPENS TO ME AGAIN, I WILL MAKE THE PERTINENT CLAIM TO THE CORRESPONDING DEPARTMENT AND FORMALLY.nONE WHO WANTED TO BE PART OF THE STATE SECURITY CORPS AND REMAINED AS A SECURITY GUARD, WITH ALL MY RESPECTS TO THIS COLLECTIVE, BUT SATELLITE LIKE THESE EMPTACH THE SERIOUSNESS OF SUCH COMPANIES.

Great that they do not answer and give you a number for telephone attention which is not free !!!!!! that nobody answers !!!!!!!! Luckily it's a public service !!!!!!!!!!!! Horrible

The telephone number is from the General Treasury, not from the Social Security Institute (for benefits: 981 566 600)
