In July my brother and I spents over $1000 in Jet jewelry. I just found out from a jeweler that what we bought isnactually nothing but black plastic. Nothing we can do about it now except hopefully keep others from making the mistake we made.

Well, they gave me the change. Many years ago, I visited Santiago on vacation and bought them a ceramic cat to put on a shelf. I chose one that I liked (they were hand painted, with what they were all different) and the saleswoman, instead of wrapping it on the counter, took it to the back room because she said she had no plastic wrap left ... The case is that he came back with him wrapped up, I paid him and left. When I returned to my house and opened the packaging, I verified that he had given me the change and that I had packed a cat with a very obvious tare in one of his eyes, his right eye had an immense brown stain, while the one I had He had two eyes, not one eye and one spot. Of course, that cat with that defect would never have sold it in the store and they endorsed it to the first one who trusted them and stung (I, for more details) I will have returned six or seven times to Santiago since then and, of course, I have not entered the store, nor will I do it again. You can never go wrong shopping at Maeloc. Pieces outside the classics of the tourist circle. Great kindness of the employees who serve you without harassing you. A great quality / price ratio. It is always a must see every time I return to Santiago.
