At the beginning of the year, I went and paid a voucher of 5 sessions for legs and armpits, in September I had the fourth session but for personal reasons I cannot attend and I warned them not to leave them lying around and now that I can go what is my surprise they do not pick up the phone There is no way to contact if it is not on the premises. I plan to go this afternoon and wait for a solution or the money from the two remaining sessions.

They told me that by paying 5 sessions the ones I needed extra, I included them in the price, so I understood that it was at a fixed price, because in all places the single sessions were much cheaper but they told me that I would need between 8 and 10. I started in the center and with only 2 they have closed it.nMoney thrown away.

I started in the summer with the laser, a lot of blablabla 1 session (from which results I did not lose any hair), I was scheduled for the next session, it arrived and the center transferred to another franchise, no notice or anything, you communicate With them and the ridiculous explanation, the best they try to sell you the new center so you can go (I think they both go hand in hand), in short: A joke

I do not recommend it. The owner of the establishment must not have the relevant qualification to use the machines and practices as a professional. I burn my face and from there to the emergency room. I went to get my money back or another alternative, as he had not planned to finish the radio frequency sessions and he refused. I ask you for a complaint form and you do not have (every company is required to have complaint forms) This was 6 months ago and I am still waiting for a response from this lady. Thank Maika and the other girl who showed interest and concern for the aforementioned.
