I usually avoid putting negative evaluations but on this occasion and from my personal experience, I wanted to contribute my opinion about this dealer as lousy in attention so that whoever reads it, at least value the option of going to another.nThey “sold” us, if you can call it selling, financing that they didn't even know about. On the other hand, they assured us that we would receive aid for the delivery of the old car, easy to request but the reality is being very different and logically, now they wash their hands and do not try or help you.nHopefully the car at least lives up to expectations.
I like it. The commercials put a lot of effort into the sale. Good deal.
If you have to take the car to a Kia workshop, don't even think about showing up there ...nNefarious treatment, arrogance of one of those who receive the cars and then finally make you feel like it is your fault that the car fails.nA site disaster, not because of the work but because of the customer service.
