They care about customer, after the watch bought had scratches on the back cover, which they explained it was exhibition piece, we agreed to replace it with brand new watch from the factory. It came, but they send totally different model. Again, we agreed I return it obviously, for the correct model, but they send me again the watch I obtained for the first time(again not a watch from factory stickers and plastic covers), with scratches polished, but with bent bracelet this time.. I dont understand why somebody would open the watch when its solar powered to potencially break seal. Also they dont warn you or in any way they give you know in the process of buying that the watch might be from the shop showroom.
