Very attentive very nice
This complaint is addressed to the head of the office. Today I have been to digitize my ID, and the person who was organizing the line, who was not a policeman, should have more respect for people, and be more polite. attentively
We went to make the first ID and passport. They have treated us very well, very friendly at all times.
We went yesterday to renew the digital certificates of the DNI, my partner and I and the policeman who attended us was very kind, he gave us instructions on how to handle the machine and my partner who had the DNI of a remittance for which the certificates did not work (2017 ) made a duplicate for him so he could add them.
If they are not going to answer the phone then why do they have it? It is an extra expense that citizens are paying out of our pockets. I've been calling for almost 1 month, no one answers, I call almost more than 20 times a day.
