Healthy and very tasty food, the place where you should be eating lunch 90% of the time if you want to remain in good shape. Besides being healthy and quality food the menu we were able to enjoy the day I went was very appealing, Salmorejo for starters and , Salmon Tataki with black olive sauce and Zuchini Taglatelli was my choice but I wanted to taste all the others. For dessert I had chopped pieces of fresh food inside a jag with orange juice. Food and service was excellent. I will be there many times. I wish we would have the same offer to eat great tasting healthy food at affordable prices around Valencia. Highly recommended.

To begin with, the decoration of the restaurant is spectacular, it is a very cozy place with a very healthy atmosphere. This is what Fresh & Food is about, making it easy to eat healthy, they actually do it. Fresh, seasonal and daily food, which you can see how they make it, since it is in view of all its customers.nIt is so easy to eat healthy, that if you don't have time to go to their place, they take it to you wherever you want. And the treatment of its staff could not be more exquisite and attentive.nCongratulations

I found it by chance looking for a place to make a coffee and be pleasantly surprised. Healthy food at a good price. The place is very nice and they keep it clean. The attention from the workers is very good.
