I want to say that the assistants have always offered me a great deal. And Bravo Doctors are truly professional, human people and treat you with great respect and affection.nBUT THERE IS A DENTIST who is the opposite. She is short in stature and has dark hair. Terrible work, arrogant and very unprofessional ... among the many things that happened to me with her, I tell you one. Turns out they gave me the appointment for that 13:30. As it turns out, Doctor Horror wanted to go eat. Well, what did he do? He knocked me down in the chair (you know that lying there after a while is quite uncomfortable) and gave me about a kilo of anesthesia. My whole face fell asleep, I've been to the dentist many times. And I know that the dose he gave me was exaggerated. I fell asleep to the nose and tongue. And left me alone lying there in what she ate something because she was very hungry. I come back about 30 minutes later and he asks me. It's okay? And I told her more or less, and she says to me if you have these quite asleep. I will never again allow that Lady to touch my mouth. Never. I feel sorry for the rest of the dentists and assistants who are wonderful.

First of all comment that this is the first time I leave a negative comment. I would not do it if it were not for the terrible service received.nnThey did me the favor of attending me when they had only given me an appointment for a recognition, but the work done was totally incompetent and the customer service was unfortunate. He had no consideration for my comfort. In fact, it not only made me feel bad, it also happened completely.nnIn my life I have seen such a lack of empathy and professionalism.
