I cannot recommend this place highly enough, it's wonderful. You'll miss it unless you know it is there, as it is located on the second floor of Teruel's main pedestrian street, just up the road from the Torico water fountain. You ring the doorbell then pass to the second floor. It is not the fanciest environment in the salon, but the service is impeccable and the price is unbeatable. They are great with highlights, haircuts and give an outstanding head massage. They also have a waxing room onsite, although I've only seen it utilized once. I found it really hard to find a hairdresser I trust in Teruel, but after trying a few was incredibly impressed with Christina and Mila at Innova. I've been going to them for two years and am really happy with the blonde highlights they do on my hair. Highly recommended.
