Very good attention to the public, the professional and friendly workers. Excellent quality products at a very good price. 100% recommendable!

ALL GLUTEN FREEnThe bread, the sweets, all the pasta ... Everything is AMAZINGnthe price is normal to high, taking into account that it is a bakery, but as always ... the plus for being celiac haunts us ...nI hope that one day they will give help to people with diagnosed celiac disease and being celiac will cease to be considered a pleasure, since it is a DISEASE.

Variety of products and all very good, very good customer service and they are very nice, not to say that the place is super beautiful. I recommend it 100%, without a doubt my favorite bakery in Teruel.

The attention to the public apart from slow is a lack of interest and education both in person and via WhatsApp etc (I speak after seeing that it is repeated and enduring as a client several rudeness both by the tattooed worker, who does not find out You are welcome, nor do you even know what it sells or the ingredients of the different types of bread that it offers, as from the owner herself, another one) from my experience the only one interested in making and keeping customers is the husband of the owner of the bakery , a nice man who cares about the customer and who almost never is, also as a celiac and after my experience in other gluten-free bakeries in other cities, it is expensive, the baguette, frozen, you pick it up and on the same day it has been transformed in an inedible gum, compared to others that for the same price offer you a quarter bar of a lifetime, what is most worth it are the salty canes that are either of the day or they sell them to you at the same price. do made from previous days (it shows in the slightly crunchy pastry and the pasty dough when they do it)nBecause it is the only bakery in Teruel without gluten and people die there if there were more, they would not sell even half.nBy the way, do not reserve bread the day before if you are not going to be able to pick it up first thing in the morning, since you make a reservation you move 60 kms to arrive and when you arrive it turns out that they have sold your reserved breads and they give you a single burnt bread and in poor condition at the same price and luck. Lack of empathy and professionalism.nI reiterate because there are no more gluten-free bakeries nearby and people should not have tried more or they would have a different opinion. It seems that they are doing you a favor instead of treating you like a customer and seeing that the favor and bread are earned by them with people with celiac disease.

You can be sure that all the products are made in their own workshop, with the security that they do not contain gluten or lactose, you can have a coffee or drink without gluten or lactose. If you have any other intolerance, they will do it for you.
