Beautiful gorge good swimming and rock climbing. The path is relatively easy single track not suitable for buggys for the last hour or so.

Park at Sadernes, or one of the several small parking spots nearer the walk, wear good footwear for the going is tough in places, and enjoy a wonderful scenic hike to the monatery of Sant Aniol and the blue lake above. Return by the alternative route to feel like you really are traversing mountains in the Pyrenees, with spectacular views. Allow longer than the suggested timings to enjoy the swimming, paddling and stops to take in the vistas. Will do it again!

After two hours of walking, arriving at this site and taking a bath in its cold waters is priceless.
