They allow very small groups to go in and see the actual cave art. The tour guide was super nice and answered our questions. I liked it more than the cave of Altamira.

One of the most noteworthy things I did while spending 10 days in the area in and around Ramales de la Victoria. A visit to remember; going there is an experience of a lifetime. Get your tickets in advance if possible.

Inspiring, dramatic and detailed interpretation of 20,000 year-old cave paintings provided by knowledgeable archaeologist with a clear passion for his subject. He even gave the tour in English! Book in advance, go early to climb up to the entrance before it gets hot. Seeing the real paintings in the atmosphere of the cave and with the interpretative lighting, is a must. Gracias!

Perfect place to be in nature. Climbing the mountain was an amazing experience. I recommend it for anyone looking to breathe fresh air and have a good time in nature.

A must for all those who like history (or rather prehistory!). Admiring 12,000 yo paintings of deer, horses and auroch up close is a very special experience. Highly recommend it. *needs booking in advance, otherwise you might not be able to visit upon arrival.
