A real shame the truth, more than a week for a delivery (apart from the days of the bridge, that add up to 2 weeks and 4 days) and when you claim the money for the delay IN DELIVERY (xq the answer you give is to look good when I can show that it is in the delivery and that the blanket was already embroidered) and it is a lie, he did not tell me anything, because I had to write it where the blanket was and she didn't even know it. Supposedly, it was sent 2 weeks ago and arrived yesterday, to a national shipment. Because of this I no longer wanted the product, it tells you that it does not return it, because it is personalized, because it is not PERSONALIZED, that is not the fault of the customers AND IF IT CAN BE RETURNED, IT IS TALKED WITH A LAWYER AND THE POLICE TO DENOUNCE, a real shame, as much as I had to go before the people for whom it was the gift, because his lack of professionalism meant he was not on time, so be careful with the purchases in this store.
