Super fast, I don't know if it's always or because of the covid19 you wait outside and they call you for a list, you disinfect your hands and you sit inside to wait for the next one to call. You can pay by card right there. If you need a photo ID there is a place one block up.

Quick appointments, competent guard at the entrance, the officer responsible for information is decisive and charming, the other officials of correct treatment and good professionalism.

A total lack of respect, I go to do a procedure with all the documents but they tell me that I am missing the nie despite having the police receipt stamped and signed plus the residence certificate. They tell me to have it send it by post. I do it and now there is no way to know the status of my procedure, calls of more than 30 minutes and NOBODY is free? Shame. Calling over and over again without an answer, then they give me an email to which nothing comes. I need answers please.
