Disastrous. I made an online purchase with a delivery point at this location. Seur delivered the package nine days before the declaration of the state of alarm. When I went to pick him up a few days later, the owner told me that he no longer works with Seur, that he did not have it and that he should speak to them. To my questions he only gave vague and imprecise answers. I ask him if he returned the package and he does not answer clearly. Seur does not have any refund (returns are made after 10 days). On a second visit to the store he tells me that he returned it, I ask for details and he responds evasively again. Not the slightest explanation or collaboration. What did you do with the package
