The guy running the place knows his stuff. His indications are always helpful, but the manners are a little rough for my taste. Being curt and outspoken is not the way to go with your clients. Sometimes he even seems to be annoyed to have people in the store asking him questions about what they're going to buy. Isn't that what all is about?
