Slow in management and it seems that they are always angry. Many things are in Basque and I say in Basque because they are only in that language and people who do not master it are marginalized and discriminated against. Uncomfortable and unwelcoming with foreigners and tourists. This is the kind of plurality and openness of mind that they have in these towns and places. And not to mention water management and the rest of taxes that are very expensive for a town like this. You pay a million for the water and every time it rains or there is a storm, which is very often, you can not even drink it because it comes brown and with mud.nAs a dormitory town for many and just right.
