We picked up the family van in the middle of February following a short flight from the UK, the service was great, the staff were friendly and with really good English (much better than my Spanish) and the car had been valeted and smelt of water melon which was a lovely surprise. We dropped it off a week later and they were again friendly quick and professional. Definite recommend from us
I had a terrible experience with this company.nI happily drove my car to their garage listening to the radio and no problems with my car.nI left it Thursday to Monday. When I collected my car the radio came out when I pushed to turn on, the clock was not at correct time, the battery was flat. I complained at the time but was left waiting They jump started my car but no explanation or fixing the radionWhen I arrived home and switched off the engine a fan stayed on. The reason for flat battery.nI have tried to talk with a manager ever since with no luck.nMy car is currently parked but the battery is flat and I will have to pay for work to put things right.nMy parking experience with Picasso is an expensive disaster and Picasso management do not return calls
Very friendly and good Service. We will book this company again the next time.
I STRONGLY ADVISE YOU TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!nnMy wife and I booked parking at Picasso from 20.06.19 to 23.06.19. We arrived at 5.45 am on the 20th. Our flight was due to take off at 7.30 am but as we had no bags to check in we thought we would have plenty of time.nnThe office at Picasso was closed when we arrived and there were 2 other cars ahead of us waiting in a short queue. The Picasso minibus arrived back soon afterwards and the driver opened up the gates and the office and he then began to log in everyone’s car keys. I was third to hand in my car key and get a receipt.nnMy wife and I then walked outside and waited next to the door of the minibus, which would take us to the airport. However, by the time the driver/check in person/only person on duty had dealt with the 4 or 5 other cars behind us, it was about 6.10 and my wife and I were becoming concerned about missing our flight!nWith everyone gathered outside around 6.10 waiting to board the bus, the employee locked the office and opened the side door of the minibus. My wife got in and I was about to do likewise, when the employee said my bag had to be placed in the back of the bus, even though it could have easily rested on my knee. I walked over to this employee, but he chose to take everyone else’s bags before mine and my bag was placed into the boot last. By this time, there were no seats left on the bus and as well as myself, around 6 to 8 other people found themselves without a seat. The driver then closed the side door of the bus and walked towards the drivers seat - it was clear he intended to set off with my wife and bag on board, but without me!nnI was extremely frustrated by this absolute shambles, but knew I would have no alternative but to set off walking towards the airport. I knocked on the side window of the bus and asked my wife to make sure she retrieved my bag and I would try to meet her at the airport.nAs I walked past the front of the minibus on my way to the airport, I shouted to the driver (who was now sat inside the bus) that his company would be getting a complaint from me in the strongest possible terms as a result of this complete lack of service. Rather than appreciating my frustration, the employee then jumped out of the drivers seat and marched the 20 feet or so to where I was stood. He thrust himself towards me, literally placing his nose against mine. Because of his whole demeanour, I expected to be hit at any moment. I asked him what he thought he was doing, when he suddenly lifted up both hands and shoved me forcibly in the chest! I stumbled backwards but stayed on my feet. As a qualified UK solicitor, I am very clear that this was an assault, but in the circumstances it clearly wasn’t very practical to call the police.nI have now instructed solicitors in Spain to make a formal complaint and demand that the relevant employee is properly disciplined. Why this company is recommended by Malaga airport is a complete mystery to me!
Thank you for your professional service Picasso Parking!nWe came to them last minute because the neighbour Crown park cancelled last minute our reservation, so unprofessional. So with joy we enjoyed the very good service at Picasso.
