An estimate for the repair of a bull was requested from this company. A man came who said he was the owner of it. To give the budget he said that he needed to take the engine and that is why he was allowed to take the engine. When the man called to give the budget, he said that the budget was 900 euros + VAT by phone and it was decided not to accept the budget because it was very expensive. The problem came when the man blackmailed, demanding that if the budget was not accepted then he would have to be paid 150 euros if he wanted to recover the engine and that if he did not pay the 150 euros, he would not return the engine. It was decided to pay to be able to recover the engine in a short time. Finally, the engine could be recovered upon payment of the 150 euros demanded in the blackmail but some screws were missing from the engine when it was recovered. In addition, they did not bring the engine back but had to go to the address where they had the engine to be able to pick it up.

We ordered some bowlers. We called after 25 days, to say that they did not correspond to those requested, even having taken a sample. They do not attend to our request. After a few days, they are called again, and they tell us that a month has passed and that they cannot change the item. We tell them that we do not want the money, (even if it is a large amount), but that we wanted some bowlers to serve us. They don't even try to solve it. They only tell us to manipulate the article and see if it works for us. I mean, if I break it, I can already give up the item and the money. A nefarious deal. They do not look to solve something that in what seems to me they have failed, since even with a sample of the article they bring it wrong. We are a mechanical workshop and we see that your customer service, I repeat, is disastrous. I do not recommend this company at all.
