They really are unpresentable, when they need something as simple as a simple certificate, they pass you by. I asked for a certificate to pick up the next day because the registration period expires, and when it is urgent they do not feel like signing to deliver it to me even if I take the risk of losing the registration period of my son, they do not exactly care.
