The quality of their dishes, coffee sets, a wonderful porcelain of a lifetime. Very good offers. Very nice glassware, cutlery at a good price. Your paper napkins deserve a 10. A place to always enter and be able to replace pieces from previous collections.

Shameful situation that I witnessed yesterday, little sensitivity with customers. A client went to change a Christmas tree for a smaller one that did not fit, proposed to change it for a smaller one and that they did not return anything, even though the one purchased was of higher value. I think it is not a dress that you have put on, I will not return, they should notify it, since it only puts it on the ticket and until you buy it, you do not see it.

All the dishes here are pretty and good, so I want to buy a lot, but...nThe staff are a bit cheating.. haha;; Anyway, the conclusion is that if you just buy what you need, that place.

I bought a decorative Christmas tree, when I got home it did not fit in the hole, I have returned it for a smaller size to be able to put it even without refund of the difference and they have refused. I was disappointed in the treatment received and the little flexibility. Despite being a good product, they have lost a customer.
