Polite and skilled hairdressers, fast service, often the same day if booked by phone. Had colour done twice now. Rather pricey comparing to other places but worth it in my opinion. Would have been 5 but the massage function of the chair you sit on when your colour is developing was not working (again).

I have been a customer of this room for about six years.nIn this place both women and men are cut.nThe first thing to highlight is the hygiene of both the premises and the staff, which has always been impeccable. Hygiene standards have always been strictly adhered to and are now even more stringent. Currently, the salon offers replacement masks in the event that the mask breaks or deteriorates during the service provided. There is also a sanitizing gel available for both employees and customers.nThe second thing is that, unlike other hairdressers, it DOES NOT smell of chemicals thanks to a good ventilation and air conditioning system, which makes the visit more pleasant. There has always been space in the premises, which helps the client to disconnect during their cut or treatment, thus avoiding the feeling of overwhelm.nMy personal experience is that all the stylists are very professional both in their courteous treatment and in their level of technical knowledge,nThe stylists renew their knowledge and hairdressing techniques twice a year, thus keeping them up to date with the latest trends and products, therefore the client is benefiting from people who are in continuous training.nThey try to adapt the service to the client's demands within an order and at the same time they can advise the client on which haircut or treatment can favor him the most.nWith this, they achieve that the client comes out with the haircut that suits them the most or the one they want the most (after all, the final decision is the client's).nThe atmosphere is always cordial, courteous and friendly, therefore the customer is never pressured to buy a service or product.nI am delighted with the team that Jean Louis David has at Gran Plaza 2, Majadahonda, Madrid.nI declare that I have not received and will not receive any compensation for writing this review.

I have gone to make waves in my hair with my hair washed and dried at home. I liked how they have done it and how they have worked but they have been done at 1:00 p.m. and at 2:30 p.m. I no longer had waves in my hair ... It was a bit disappointing because on top of that I needed them for some photos that I had programmed.nnIt is inside a shopping center and the parking area is quite large.

Good deal every time I've been.nVery well cared for by Chema, she left my hair just the way I wanted it, just like other times.nMerry Christmas
